- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards it
- Previous experience working with young people with challenging behaviors (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
