About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our young people with Behavioural, Emotional, and Social Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our young people with daily tasks and activities
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards it
  • Previous experience working with young people with Behavioural, Emotional, and Social Difficulties (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and be part of a 24/7 team
