About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our young people who exhibit Behavioural, Emotional, and Social Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and care to our young people during waking night shifts
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the service
Requirements
  • Experience of working with children and young people who exhibit challenging behaviours
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
  • Commitment to the values and principles of Aspris Children's Services
