Waking Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our young people who exhibit Behavioural, Emotional, and Social Difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and care to our young people during waking night shifts
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the service
- Experience of working with children and young people who exhibit challenging behaviours
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
