Job Title: Concierge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Concierge to join our team at Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd. As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals and households in our young people's supported accommodation service in Chesterfield.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a safe and welcoming environment for our residents
* Assist with daily tasks and activities to promote independence and well-being
* Work closely with our support team to deliver tailored support plans
* Maintain accurate records and reports
