Job Title: Sales and Revenue Executive

ICC Wales is seeking an exceptional Sales and Revenue Executive to join our dynamic Sales and Revenue team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting all facilities of ICC Wales, particularly through the research of new clients, to achieve the budget set for the event and contribute to the ICC Wales overall revenue and profit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert initial enquiries to confirmed revenue through professional promotion and sales of ICC Wales at appointments, site visits, and over the telephone.
  • Engage in the entire sales process from research to bidding/tenders, proposal writing, and contract issue.
  • Implement and follow a sales strategy, using the systems and information available to achieve maximum rate and budget.
  • Utilize exemplary sales techniques and guest service skills while having a fantastic eye for detail.

International Convention Centre Wales is the UK's newest and most exciting events venue, offering world-class facilities, including a 4,000 sq m pillar-free exhibition hall, a 1,500-seat auditorium, versatile meeting rooms, and an abundance of breakout and networking spaces, flooded in natural daylight.

Built in an £84m joint venture project with Welsh Government, the venue is highly accessible, yet it is situated in ancient woodland with floor-to-ceiling meeting room windows and outdoor breathing space, making the most of the stunning environment.
