Organisational Development Facilitator

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Organisational Development Team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust as an Organisational Development Facilitator.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the full range of Organisational Development activities for the team, providing specialist advice and guidance to individuals, teams, and the organisation.
- Design, develop, and implement a range of Organisational Development interventions, working collaboratively with the OD Team.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational development practice across the Trust.
- Support the delivery of key development programmes, such as the UHCW Leader Programme and Step into Management.
- Be the first point of contact for the OD Team, providing specialist advice and guidance on OD services.
- Use initiative to respond to queries relating to OD services, reflecting Trust and OD values and principles.
- Manage and respond to incoming requests for OD support, deciding on appropriate courses of action and referring complex requests to senior team members.
- Contribute to the coordination of team activities to manage demand and capacity.
- Support, contribute, and lead OD interventions/projects as agreed by the senior leadership team in the People Directorate.
