Job Summary

A key role within the Organisational Development Team, the OD Facilitator will be responsible for coordinating the full range of OD activities, providing specialist advice and guidance, and working collaboratively to design and implement OD interventions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for the OD Team, providing specialist advice and guidance on OD services.
  • Use initiative to respond to queries relating to OD services, reflecting Trust and OD values and principles.
  • Manage and respond to incoming requests for OD support, deciding on appropriate course of action and referring complex requests to senior team members.
  • Contribute to the co-ordination of team activities to manage demand and capacity.
  • Support, contribute, and lead OD interventions/projects as agreed by the senior leadership team in the People Directorate.
  • Work proactively and collaboratively with the team and colleagues within the Trust to design, develop, and implement OD interventions.
