About the Role

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to three EU Finance Operations directors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the directors' calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling expense reports. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for organizing events, monitoring meeting actions, and providing direct support to the directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the directors' calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Handle expense reports and ensure timely submission
  • Organize events and meetings, and monitor action items
  • Provide direct support to the directors, including administrative tasks and research
  • Manage multiple tasks and action items, ensuring timely completion and follow-up
Requirements
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with executive-level calendar management and travel coordination
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

About the Team

This role supports three directors across different parts of the Finance Operations organization. Each director leads diverse teams across multiple countries in Europe, the Middle East, India, and Latin America.
