About the Role

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to three EU Finance Operations directors. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized planner with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange meetings and schedule travel for the directors
  • Submit expenses and manage multiple tasks and action items
  • Organize events and monitor meeting actions
  • Provide direct support to the directors and ensure timely action on deliverables
  • Manage logistics and coordinate with internal service providers and cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Experience with executive-level calendar management and domestic or international travel coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
About the Team

This role supports 3 Directors across different parts of the Finance Operations organisation. Each Director leads diverse teams across multiple countries in Europe, Middle East, India and Latin America
