Position Overview

Wates Developments is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to our Strategic Portfolio Director as well as the wider Projects and Commercial teams, ensuring seamless administrative and secretarial functions.

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant who possesses exceptional organizational and communication abilities to facilitate effective diary management and time optimization for our Strategic Portfolio Director. This role will also involve collaboration with the Projects and Commercial team, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage extensive scheduling, handle incoming communications, respond to inquiries, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision. Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of board meetings. Provide support with office management responsibilities and various ad-hoc tasks. Draft communications and correspondence as required. Oversee and maintain specialized systems tailored to our operational needs.
