Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Atom Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial digital marketing activities for our B2C brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, including PPC advertising
  • Oversee the management of e-commerce platforms, such as WooCommerce
  • Implement content marketing strategies through blogs, email marketing, and SEO
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Line manage, train, and mentor a Social Media Assistant
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns, track sales, and coordinate supply
  • Maintain and update the brand strategy
  • Collaborate with the technical nutrition and cosmetic product creation teams
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Insights team
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in digital marketing or a related field
  • Experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns for a brand
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and determine trends
  • Proficiency in IT, with the ability to harness the benefits of modern customer relationship management and enterprise resource software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to articulate and communicate a compelling case
  • Enquiring mind, with an interest in scientific literature
  • Flexible and able to prioritize, plan, and organize multiple activities
  • Excellent telephone manner, friendly and enquiring
  • Industrious and with the tenacity to complete a task
  • Enjoys being accountable for the success of the business function
  • Drive, determination, energy, tenacity, enthusiasm, loyalty
