Job Purpose:- To develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that increases brand awareness and drives sales.
- To propose, confirm, and implement a digital marketing strategy including online and subscription-based sales.
- To carry out market research to identify unmet customer needs leading to new and improved products.
- To lead the team to achieve the vision of a personalized nutrition and beauty offering.
- To develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- To manage paid social media advertising and PPC campaigns.
- To manage e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce.
- To execute content marketing strategies via blogs, mailshots, and SEO.
- To manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- To line manage, train, and mentor a Social Media Assistant.
- To create and implement marketing campaigns, track sales, and coordinate supply.
- To maintain and update the brand strategy.
- To collaborate with the technical nutrition and cosmetic product creation teams.
- To collaborate with the Strategic Insights team.
- Degree or equivalent with a focus on digital marketing.
- Experience implementing digital marketing campaigns for a brand.
- Numerate with the ability to analyze data and determine trends.
- Totally IT literate and capable of harnessing the benefits of modern customer relationship management/enterprise resource software and digital media.
- Literate person who can prepare well-written and lucid reports.
- Able to articulate and communicate a compelling case.
- Enquiring mind interested in a range of scientific literature.
- Flexible and able to prioritize, plan, and organize multiple activities.
- Excellent telephone manner, friendly, and enquiring.
- Industrious and with the tenacity to complete a task.
- Enjoys being accountable for the success of the business function.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary of approximately £40,000 per annum, plus benefits.
