Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Starbucks Store Manager to lead our team at EG Group. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and shift leaders to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce waste and labor costs
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store appearance
  • Collaborate with the district manager and other store managers to achieve business objectives and share best practices
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a store management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
