About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Footasylum. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, driving sales and profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including visual merchandising and stock management
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory and labor costs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
