About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager to join our Boux Avenue team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise sales through the delivery of excellent selling and service skills.
  • Support the Store Manager in recruiting, developing, and motivating the team using effective management skills and behaviours.
  • Display a passion for the brand by being an ambassador for Boux Avenue and inspiring others within the team to deliver the same.
  • Follow up and maintain all management controls, including stock, security, administration, cost control, health and safety, and shrinkage at all times.
  • Introduce new promotions, loyalty schemes, and bra fitting services enthusiastically to colleagues and customers.
  • Provide effective and timely feedback to colleagues on achievement of goals, targets, and objectives, and ensure colleagues are aware of forthcoming expectations.
  • Demonstrate and establish the highest levels of customer service by coaching colleagues to deliver the Boux Avenue shopping experience consistently.
  • Support the Store Manager in driving and delivering Balanced Scorecard objectives.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in retail management, preferably at supervisor level or above. You should have a passion for the Boux brand and the ability to become an ambassador for the brand and inspire others within the team to deliver the same.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within retail management - supervisor level or above.

  • Experience within a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to motivate the team and utilise their different qualities to enhance the overall effectiveness of the team.
  • Ability to effectively schedule and overcome obstacles and adjust plans as necessary, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
  • Ability to react quickly to change and implement it positively.
  • Clear, strong communication skills.
