Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our EG Group team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Assist with beverage preparation, store maintenance, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives and implement strategies to improve store performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, inventory, and labor costs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
