About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Management Graduate to join our team at Subsea 7. As a Contracts Management Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of offshore wind projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop key capabilities related to Contracts Management through rotations in different functions
  • Participate in a wide range of activities, including following a mentor on a project or tender, reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts, and working with legal colleagues to understand the company's legal obligations
  • Gain experience in wider business processes and become proficient in our systems
  • Participate in project tasks to challenge your presentation and team building skills and network with Seaway7 Engineering graduates
Training and Development
  • Organized training courses to provide deeper insights into key aspects related to Contracts and Project Support functions
  • Training in the work that Subsea 7 performs from the managers of each department
Mentoring
  • Assigned a mentor who will provide guidance and support your progression
Requirements
  • Degree qualified, preferably in one of the following areas: Quantity Surveying, Law/Legal studies or Business Management
  • Good IT skills with the ability to work with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A great collaborator, able to work effectively as part of a large team
  • Problem solver, anticipating and finding effective solutions to tasks
  • Great attention to detail, with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines
