Contract Management Graduate Programme

This is a full-time, staff role based in our Westhill, Aberdeen offices. Our Aberdeen office is key to our endeavors, providing extensive experience on our offshore wind projects.

What You Will Do
  • Develop key capabilities related to Contract Management through rotations in different functions.
  • Participate in a wide range of activities, including:
    • Following your mentor on the Project or Tender they are involved in, supporting day-to-day project requirements and claim events.
    • Working with Supply Chain colleagues to review, negotiate, and place supplier contracts.
    • Working with Legal colleagues to understand the inner workings of the company's legal obligations.
    • During this time, you will become proficient in our systems and gain experience in wider business processes.
    • You will participate in project tasks to challenge your presentation and team-building skills and network with Seaway7 Engineering graduates, including the opportunity to participate in the global off-sites.
  • Participate in training courses to gain deeper insights into key aspects related to Contracts and Project Support functions.
  • Be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance and support your progression.

  • Degree qualified in one of the following areas: Quantity Surveying, Business Management, Law/Legal Studies.
  • Good IT skills with the ability to work with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A great collaborator, able to work effectively as part of a large team.
  • Problem solver, anticipating and finding effective solutions to tasks.
  • Great attention to detail, with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines.
