Programme OverviewThe Graduate Finance Development Programme is a three-year programme designed to provide graduates with a comprehensive understanding of finance and accounting principles. You will have the opportunity to work in various financial departments, including Asset Control, Project Cost Control, Corporate Finance, and the Finance Resource Centre (FRC). Through a mix of formal training sessions, on-the-job development, mentoring, and personal development, you will gain exposure to a wide range of finance activities and develop key capabilities related to Financial and Project Accounting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop key capabilities related to Financial and Project Accounting through rotations in Asset Control, Project Cost Control, Corporate Finance, and the Finance Resource Centre (FRC).
- Participate in a wide range of activities, including the month-end cycle, data analysis, financial and management reporting, and supporting the wider finance and operational teams in the management of our business activities.
- Become proficient in our financial systems and gain experience in wider business processes.
