Join Our Team as a Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Therapies Team at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a regional centre for Cystic Fibrosis, Non-Invasive Ventilation, Neurosurgery, and Cardiothoracic Surgery. You will be part of a large Critical Care Unit and a regional trauma centre, with a 7-day shift system including weekend, late shift, Bank Holiday, and on-call working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in respiratory rotations, including Critical Care, Surgical Wards, and Emergency Therapy Team.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to the development of our team, including mentoring and supervising junior staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our services.
