Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager, treating each day as if you own the business.
  • Lead the Assistant Manager team, ensuring they have the necessary tools to meet our high standards.
  • Exhibit natural leadership qualities with the ambition to manage your own restaurant.
  • Utilize your business acumen and numerical skills effectively.
  • Demonstrate a passion for enhancing lives.
  • Think creatively and approach challenges from different angles.
  • Realize your potential while helping your team members achieve theirs.
  • Foster a fun and authentic work environment.
  • Possess at least two years of experience in a branded restaurant as a Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Inspire your team to provide exceptional guest hospitality.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting awareness of the Slim Chickens brand.
  • Leverage local marketing opportunities to boost sales and enhance the restaurant's visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Proactively develop and train your team to excel in their roles.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous management experience in the catering and hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop your team effectively.
