The Role: Restaurant General Manager

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of your Slim Chickens location. You will lead and motivate a team of dedicated employees to deliver exceptional customer service and consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety, health & safety regulations and promote a positive safety culture throughout the restaurant.
  • Collaborate closely with Franchisee Head Office to implement company initiatives and maintain brand standards.
  • Communicate effectively with your team to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns promptly.
  • Develop and mentor your team members, providing coaching and training opportunities for their professional growth.
  • Manage financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, to achieve business objectives.
  • Create a positive and engaging work environment that fosters teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience in the restaurant industry with a track record of success.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Financial management experience and a keen understanding of restaurant operations.
