General Manager Opportunity at Wingstop

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Wingstop. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months of management experience in a QSR or similar background
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Commercially aware and able to make informed decisions to drive business growth
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
