Position Overview: As the E-commerce Financial Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Operations team to oversee our online business financial activities across the UK and Mainland Europe, ensuring effective management of financial processes and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning for our E-commerce fulfillment operations.
  • Deliver presentations to senior management within Finance and Operations.
  • Foster talent development among your direct reports.
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce Finance Manager on strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the growth of the TJX E-commerce division.
  • Continuously evaluate existing practices and propose recommendations to optimize operations while minimizing risks and costs.
  • Engage in ad hoc projects and analytical tasks as required.
  • Act as an independent and credible finance business partner, supporting the achievement of business objectives.
  • Serve as a key financial partner for Distribution Finance.
  • Provide analytical support and insights to business partners as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong, transparent relationships within the Finance team.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to develop talent and build effective teams.
  • Hold a qualification as an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant.
