As a Service Desk Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing IT Service Desk Support to clients across various industries, including privately owned global businesses in shipping, real estate, energy, banking, and investments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide IT Service Desk Support to end-users across multiple clients' portfolios.
  • Maintain service availability and address any issues that users encounter.
  • Carry out service requests for IT equipment provision, including laptops, mobiles, docking stations, and monitors.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 support.
