Job Title: Security Night Concierge

Block Recruit is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Night Concierge to provide exceptional front-of-house service at our residential development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an ambassador for our client, prioritizing high-quality customer service.
  • Handle phone and email communications with professionalism, clearly identifying yourself and the brand.
  • Address and resolve complaints or issues, collaborating with the wider team as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of external areas and assist with waste management.
  • Support ongoing asset management routines, ensuring effective contract and risk management.
  • Keep detailed records of compliance and risk management activities.
  • Collaborate on contract management to implement appropriate schedules.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about delivering excellent service.
  • All team members are expected to actively participate in safety routines and promote a culture of well-being.
  • A valid UK driving license is required for operating waste management equipment.
  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
