Customer-Focused Night Concierge Opportunity

Dove & Hawk is seeking a highly motivated and confident Night Concierge to join their close-knit team in a prestigious property development in Mayfair. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients, ensuring a safe, clean, and secure environment in which to live and work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver concierge services in accordance with the Building Manager's instructions.
  • Conduct daily inspections of internal areas and report any defects, security concerns, or health and safety issues.
  • Set a positive example for other staff members by being courteous and helpful to guests and contractors.
  • Manage the reservations inbox and booking enquiries.
  • Receive and secure registered mail and deliveries for residents.
  • Handle telephone enquiries and log messages.
  • Ensure the development is well-managed, safe, clean, and secure.
  • Enter relevant comments and details in the development log.
  • Log incidents and accidents correctly.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with emergency procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
