You will also be responsible for taking messages for residents, their visitors, and staff, booking chauffeur-driven and self-drive cars, confirming, booking, or amending flights and rail reservations, and assisting residents and visitors with driving their vehicles to and from the garage as requested.

Must Haves:

* At least 3 years' previous experience in luxury apartments or hotels
* Must be well presented with strong communication skills
* Strong knowledge of London and the local area
* Must have a clean UK driving license - applicants who do not hold this will not be considered
* Fluent in English, both written and oral

Candidates must have proven experience working in 5* residential or high-end hotels in their previous roles to apply for this position.

**Key Responsibilities:**
