What You'll Do

You'll take pride in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests:

  • You'll be responsible for our residents, completing their requests, acting as the first point of contact, and assisting with administrative duties to ensure our guests receive the best experience
  • Residents will request Night Concierge services, such as reservations, dry cleaning, event planning, and you'll be expected to have an exceptional knowledge of the surrounding area and connections with local businesses
  • You'll distribute mail and parcels, keeping a delivery log book, manage parking, commission handyman services, take requests for repairs, and present properties to potential tenants
  • You may be required to assist with administrative duties, such as light photocopying and scan & fax requests, and any other requests as needed

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Night Concierge, but we'll ensure you're provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
