Concierge (Night) Job Description

FPMR Ltd is seeking an experienced Night Concierge to join our team at a luxury development in West London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to all residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Verify Visitors and Suppliers: Thoroughly verify all visitors, suppliers, and contractors to maintain a secure environment.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Conduct regular security checks, secure elevator access, and review CCTV footage to ensure the building's safety.
  • Report Incidents and Maintenance: Log and report any maintenance issues or incidents to the appropriate manager promptly.
  • Keep Communal Areas Clean and Tidy: Ensure the communal areas are always clean, tidy, and presentable.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience in providing high-level customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury settings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
