Role Overview
As a Golf Retail Team Leader, you will oversee the golf retail operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for all patrons. Your role will involve maximizing revenue opportunities and championing outstanding customer service, all while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, welcoming guests and striving for excellence in service delivery.
- Collaborate with the inventory controller to manage stock operations, including receiving and replenishing inventory.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, keeping the management team informed as necessary.
- Conduct effective pre-shift briefings and debriefings with your team.
- Support the head professional with retail operations at the academy.
- Enhance corporate merchandise offerings in collaboration with the golf sales team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess experience in golf retail, either within a golf club or a standalone sports retail environment, and have a proven track record in team leadership. You should be able to:
