About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Golf Retail Assistant to join our team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. As a Golf Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving revenue, and recommending relevant products to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily operation of the shop floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide excellent service, meeting and greeting customers, and responding to their queries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maximise revenue by advising customers on products and services, and sharing your knowledge to drive sales.
  • Maintain fantastic merchandising standards throughout the shop, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging environment for our guests.
  • Maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and services to provide expert advice to our customers.
  • Assist with returns and other general enquiries, providing a positive experience for our guests.
About You

We are looking for an individual with experience in golf retail, either as part of a golf club or a standalone sports business. You will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a passion for working in a high-quality retail environment that celebrates individual and team success.
