Temporary Tenancy Management Specialist

As a Tenancy Management Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that adapts to evolving programs and delivers outstanding services in a competitive landscape.

Your role will encompass the provision of high-quality, consistent, and responsive housing management services, which include:

  • Community and tenancy oversight
  • Management of vacant properties, including customer viewings and introductory visits
  • Financial management related to housing
  • Engagement, empowerment, and inclusion of customers
  • The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in all facets of housing management.
  • 28 days of annual leave plus public holidays
  • Flexible working arrangements, including the possibility of remote work two days a week
