We are currently supporting a school located in the heart of Northumberland, dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching environment for our students. They are currently seeking a motivated and organised school administrator to join our team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the school's administrative functions, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and managing databases.
Provide administrative support to the Headteacher and teaching staff.
Coordinate school events, meetings, and appointments.
Handle enquiries from parents, students, and external stakeholders.
Assist with the preparation of reports, newsletters, and other communications.
Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a commitment to the school's values and ethos.
