About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. in Bromsgrove, West Midlands. As an IT Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our colleagues across the region, ensuring that our IT infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and install IT equipment at site cabins, sales offices, and lodge managers' offices.
  • Provide first- and second-line support to colleagues who have raised IT faults or service requests via the ticketing system or telephone.
  • Support project work as required, working closely with the IT team to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Occasional travel will be required outside of the Midlands and Northern Regions to cover for other Field Technicians and to attend team meetings at Ringwood Head Office.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an IT Technician with a good working knowledge of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, phones, routers, mobiles, and tablets.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and previous experience of a ticketing system is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
