About the Role

We're seeking a talented Guest Services Advisor to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break.

As a Guest Services Advisor, you'll be working closely with our guests to provide advice and guidance on our resort's facilities and services. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you're a team player who enjoys helping others and is confident in your ability to provide solutions to our guests, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Work closely with our guests to provide advice and guidance on our resort's facilities and services.
  • Use our systems to log jobs and feedback for our guests, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that our guests have an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break.
