About the Role

We're seeking a talented Guest Services Advisor to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our guests have an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break.

As a Guest Services Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with expert advice and guidance on our resort's facilities and services. You'll work closely with our team to resolve any issues or concerns our guests may have, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure their stay with us is nothing short of fantastic.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests
  • Offering expert advice and guidance on our resort's facilities and services
  • Resolving guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless guest experiences
