About the Role

We're seeking a talented Guest Services Advisor to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break.

As a Guest Services Advisor, you'll be working behind the scenes, using your excellent communication skills to provide solutions to our guests' queries and concerns. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, and your warm and welcoming approach will set the tone for their entire holiday experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth guest experience.
  • Using our systems to log jobs and feedback, ensuring that our guests' needs are met and their feedback is heard.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. If you're a team player who is eager to make a real difference to our guests' holiday experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
