Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Kintec Global Recruitment. This role is essential for managing and optimizing logistics operations.


Compensation:
£50,000 - £60,000 + Pension + Hybrid Working Options

Industry Focus:
Our client operates within the critical infrastructure sector, specializing in energy solutions, including projects related to carbon capture, hydrogen production, and alternative energy sources.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and facilitate planning meetings with project leaders to outline essential project outcomes, establish the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and determine necessary interdependencies.
2. Collaborate with various departmental managers and stakeholders to assess resource availability, utilizing available float to optimize project timelines.
3. Conduct thorough project schedule evaluations, including critical path analysis and risk assessments throughout the project duration.
4. Organize regular schedule reviews to provide accurate updates on project progress and address any potential delays or risks.
5. Proactively monitor and communicate any project challenges that may impact the timeline.

Reporting:
Prepare and revise progress reports as needed, including customized schedule updates for stakeholders and specific presentations.

Collaboration:
Engage effectively with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and subcontractors on a daily basis. Occasional travel to project sites and meetings may be required.
