Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as AI Software Engineers. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with an experienced team and learn from colleagues who are experts in their field. You will have the chance to bring to life the skills and techniques you have developed through your studies.

Based at our European Head Office, our AI Lab serves the TVS Group globally and its 20,000 employees. We are currently looking for Graduates and apprentices in the following disciplines:

  • Computing
  • Programming / AI
  • Maths
  • Physics, Engineering, Robotics

Key Responsibilities:

You will have a passion for technology, computing, and programming. Full training is provided from the outset and ongoing for the rest of your career. You will be involved in developing the next generation of AI-powered software and contributing your own ideas and vision for the future.

You will have the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading technologies, including NodeJS, Python, SQL, and NoSQL, while investigating emerging developments in AI, including LLMs, GPTs, Classification, and Object Detection. Training will be provided, and you will learn and be helped by some very experienced and capable programmers.

As you progress in your career, you will have opportunities to specialize technically or take on a role managing your own projects, liaising between IT and business customers.

Security Clearance Requirement:

Candidates must be eligible to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance. This process includes verification of identity, right to work in the UK, employment history, and a basic criminal records check for unspent convictions. Please note that candidates must have resided in the UK for 3 years to meet BPSS eligibility requirements.
