The Sales Team has been instrumental in the company's rapid growth, doubling in size each year. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and IT to transform the commercial model through AI and ML software implementation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Guide Customers in AI Adoption: Help life sciences customers leverage AI to enhance commercial performance.
* Collaborate with Team and Technology Partners: Work closely with team members and technology partners to inform customers about best practices for using software and services to enhance their go-to-market strategies.

**Requirements:**

* 5-10 years of sales experience in the life sciences environment, selling to sales, marketing, analytics, and/or IT departments.
* SaaS Platforms: Experience selling SaaS platforms to commercial pharma.
* AI/ML Solutions: Track record of selling AI/ML solutions to commercial pharma.
