About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and Trustees. This is a unique opportunity to join a global charity organisation that creates meaningful change and provides support to those in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and Trustees, including preparing documents, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and other external parties.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15-20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Previous experience within the charity sector is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
What We Offer
  • A competitive annual salary ranging from £39,950 to £47,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • A 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of progression into a permanent role after a 6-month probation period.
