About the Role

As Boutique Manager, you will be accountable for the smooth running of the store, ensuring all team members are aligned with the Boutique and Brand vision. You will also be responsible for coaching and inspiring your team, ensuring development and allowing them to exceed their KPIs, as well as your own.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
  • Create and execute an agile business plan to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Develop and implement strategic targeting and customer relationship management initiatives
  • Ensure the smooth running of the store, aligning team members with the Boutique and Brand vision
  • Coach and inspire team members to exceed their KPIs and develop their skills

Requirements
  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
