About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Operations Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvements across our business. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, prioritizing, and executing initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver outstanding value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Business Change to scope, shape, and resource a CI programme of work, utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles to manage projects that underpin our strategic direction.
  2. Engage with the business to identify, evaluate, align, and prioritize opportunities, working on complex projects of large scope.
  3. Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes.
  4. Provide regular detailed updates on the CI Roadmap to senior stakeholders, translating complex statistical analysis into plain language.
  5. Be responsible for the preparation, execution, and aftercare of Operational Excellence improvement projects.
  6. Actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance.
About You
  1. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  2. 5 years of relevant experience leading Operational Excellence Teams within a retail environment.
  3. Strategic mindset – unlocking value to the business.
  4. Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions to support productivity and efficiency gains.
  5. Knowledge of business improvement tools and methodologies, project management, and change management.
