Head of Operations and Risk Management

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Corporate Credit & Risk team, driving operational excellence and strategic growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the operational strategy, overseeing the design and implementation of operational processes, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to design a vision for the corporate customer end-to-end journey and align operational strategies and delivery accordingly.
- Lead initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality across all departments, defining and monitoring appropriate SLAs and driving performance.
- Ensure that operational capacity plans are appropriately designed and maintained, ensuring budgets are met and resources used efficiently.
- Improve and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks, developing and maintaining a robust Risk and Control Framework for the Operational Function.
Requirements
- Significant experience in operations management, in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive experience within risk management.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
