About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Operations Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvements across our business. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, prioritizing, and executing initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver outstanding value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Continuous Improvement (CI) programme, utilising Lean Six Sigma principles to drive business growth and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise opportunities for improvement, and lead complex projects to deliver better value and greater efficiency.
  3. Provide regular updates on the CI Roadmap to senior stakeholders, translating complex statistical analysis into actionable insights.
  4. Lead the preparation, execution, and aftercare of Operational Excellence improvement projects, ensuring business impact and project objectives are met.
  5. Monitor project risks and proactively identify solutions to address potential problems.
About You
  1. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  2. 5+ years of experience leading Operational Excellence Teams in a retail environment
  3. Strategic mindset with a focus on unlocking value for the business
  4. Hands-on experience implementing continuous improvement programmes and Lean solutions to drive productivity and efficiency gains
  5. Knowledge of business improvement tools and methodologies, project management, and change management
