Assistant General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Leisure People Recruitment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and leading the day-to-day operations of our leisure centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Coaching: Lead and coach your teams to deliver exceptional operational performance and health and safety standards.
  • Team Development: Conduct regular 1:1s and oversee training and development for your team members.
  • Membership Sales and Learn to Swim Targets: Support the duty management and front-line teams to meet and exceed membership sales and learn to swim targets.
  • Pools and Facilities Management: Take responsibility for pool plant operations and optimize programming and bookings within the centres.
  • Community Partnerships: Proactively work with community groups and partners to deliver wellness and health programs.

In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to £29,478, you will receive 30 days' holiday entitlement per annum, including bank holidays, and complimentary gym membership. There are also opportunities for further training and career progression.
