Assistant General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Leisure People Recruitment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and leading the day-to-day operations of our leisure centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Lead and coach your teams to deliver exceptional operational performance and maintain high health and safety standards.
  • Team Development: Conduct regular 1:1s, oversee training and development, and support the duty management and front-line teams to meet and exceed membership sales and learn to swim targets.
  • Pool Plant Operations: Take responsibility for the pool plant operations while on duty, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Programming and Bookings: Proactively work with community groups and partners to optimize programming and bookings within the centres.
