Senior Treasury Operations Manager

At Together, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Treasury Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Treasury Operations team, you will play a critical role in managing our cash and liquidity, as well as our interest rate risk within agreed limits.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, with experience in treasury operations, cash management, and risk management. You will be responsible for leading the development of our Treasury Operations team, directly managing colleagues and supporting/coaching other colleagues in the wider team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the operational activities of the treasury function, including covenant monitoring, reporting, and maintenance of existing debt facilities
- Managing cash and liquidity, and reporting to internal stakeholders
- Actively supporting treasury refinancing activities, including RCF, Senior Secured Notes, and both public and private securitisation issuances
- Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in treasury operations
