About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Loungers. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve seamless service and maintain a positive dining experience for our customers.
  • Contribute to menu development and implementation, ensuring dishes meet our high standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
